Pause…

Before you do more, let’s work out what your business actually needs

You've built something real because people genuinely value what you do. Now it needs the structure to support what's next.

The challenge isn't always doing more. It's about knowing what needs to be strengthened, what needs to change, and where to focus next for the greatest impact.

A strong brand connects what you do with the customers who value it

I’m Davina, founder and director of Dahlia Collective.

I work with businesses that have grown organically from a strong sense of purpose or deep expertise. Their founders know their craft well, but building a brand that connects that expertise with the right customers requires a different set of skills.

I help bring structure and direction to their brand and marketing, so they can connect with the right customers, make more confident decisions and prioritise what will move the business forward.

With two decades of experience across brand and marketing, including work with some of Australia’s most recognised brands, I bring commercial thinking and evidence-based principles together with a deep understanding of human behaviour.

A considered approach to Brand & Marketing

Look beyond the symptoms to uncover the heart of the issue

Much like the flower it’s named after, the Dahlia Collective approach is layered, structured and centred. I look at the whole picture, bringing together the business, the brand, the marketing and the person behind it to understand how they’re working together.

I help you make sense of the frustrations you’re experiencing in your business, then look beneath the symptoms to uncover what’s causing them and identify the core issues that need to be addressed.

From there, the strategy is built around those underlying issues rather than simply treating what’s most visible. This means you can focus your time, energy and resources on what will actually move the business forward.

Start with a fresh perspective

When you're close to the day-to-day, it can be difficult to step back and see how your business, brand and marketing are shaped by the people, decisions and behaviours behind them.

The Brand & Business Review gives you an objective perspective and a deeper look into your business, helping you put words and context around what you're experiencing and explore what's behind it.

Together, we get to the heart of the issue, uncovering the underlying factors driving those symptoms so you can understand why they’ve been showing up in the first place.
