It’s lovely to meet you
Over the last 20 years, I’ve been fortunate to manage and lead some of Australia’s most beloved brands within wellness, food and beverage categories that you’d most likely recognise from your weekly shop. I collaborated with the most creative and smartest of minds and learnt valuable lessons about business and people.
I’d done most things you can do with a brand - I’ve launched new brands to the market, fixed and renovated broken ones that no longer resonated with their consumers, developed advertising campaigns and turned brands around to make them more profitable. I even helped divest brands from businesses. It was a lot of hard work, long hours, stress and (mostly) fulfilling... but then, life gave me an opportunity to pause and re-evaluate.
I love what I do but I was seeking a career with meaningful impact. I created Dahlia Collective to share what I had learnt through decades of working in brand and strategy to positively impact the lives of those who also took a leap of faith to chase their dream.
