Dahlia Collective is for business owners who have built their businesses organically around what they do well, and are now reaching a point where the way they've been doing things no longer feels enough. You may know your craft inside out but haven't necessarily had the guidance to build the brand and marketing foundations around it.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need to be open to looking at the business, brand and marketing honestly and exploring what needs to change.
-
The Review takes a whole-business look at what's happening across your business, brand, marketing, customers and the person behind it.
We look beyond the most obvious symptoms to understand what's driving them, where things are working together and where they aren't.
You'll come away with a clearer understanding of the issues that matter most, the priorities to address and where to focus your time, energy and investment next.

Just honesty, context, and a willingness to explore. You don’t need to have everything figured out — that’s the point of the work. If you can share your goals, pressures, hopes, and the parts of the business that feel tangled or unclear, I can help make sense of the rest. We’ll work it through together.

The Brand & Business Review takes around 3–4 weeks from start to finish.
You’ll begin with a short online questionnaire. A few days later, we’ll have a 90-minute deep-dive conversation, using your responses as a starting point to explore your business, brand, marketing, goals and challenges in more depth.
I’ll then take the time to analyse what we’ve uncovered and develop your diagnostic and recommendations, which I’ll present to you either in person or via Google Meet. After the presentation, I’ll email you the full report as a PDF.
The timeframe allows enough space for thoughtful analysis without letting the process lose momentum.

The Brand & Business Review is a diagnostic audit of your business, brand and marketing. It gives you an objective, holistic view of where things stand, what’s working, what isn’t and what may be driving the challenges you’re experiencing.
We’ll walk through the findings together during your presentation, exploring what they mean for your business, where the underlying issues sit and what needs to shift to move the business forward. I’ll also outline my recommended strategic next steps, including whether brand strategy, marketing strategy or both are needed to address the issues identified.
Following the presentation, I’ll send you a written PDF of the Review, bringing together the findings, recommendations and strategic next steps discussed.

Don’t worry - you don’t need to work that out before you get in touch.
The Brand & Business Review is designed to help identify where the underlying issues sit and what needs to shift before determining the right strategic response.
From there, I’ll recommend the most appropriate next step based on what the Review has uncovered, whether that’s brand strategy, marketing strategy or a combination of both. Where both are needed, I’ll prioritise the work in the order that will have the strongest foundation for what follows, with brand strategy typically coming first.
-
Strategy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so the investment depends on what your business genuinely needs.
Every project begins with the Brand & Business Review, which gives us a grounded understanding of where the business is today and helps identify where strategic attention is needed.
If strategy is the right next step, projects start from $4,000 ex GST, depending on the depth of work and whether you need brand strategy, marketing strategy, or both. We can take the process step by step, so you’re never committing to more than is appropriate for your business.
I’ll tailor the scope, investment and timeframe to the work required, with full transparency from the outset.
-
Yes.
I generally structure projects with an initial instalment to begin the work and the remainder on delivery. If you need a different arrangement, we can discuss a payment plan that feels workable for you.
-
Absolutely.
I know many business owners are juggling their business alongside other commitments, so I try to keep the process flexible. I offer video calls in the early evenings on weekdays, and in-person sessions are available on Saturday mornings by request. Email is always an easy way to stay in touch between sessions, so we can keep things moving at a pace that works for you.
