Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a burning question that isn’t covered here, feel free to reach out via the contact form.

  • This work is for founders who sense they’re standing at a threshold; not broken or lost, but ready for a truer, more coherent chapter.

You don’t need to have the perfect words or a polished plan. You simply need to be open, self-aware, and willing to look honestly at what’s working, what’s not, and what wants to emerge next. If you’re seeking clarity, alignment, and a brand that feels like it finally reflects who you are and where you’re going, you’re in the right place.

  • The Review is a 360° diagnostic across your business, brand, marketing, and founder patterns.
We look at the commercial realities, the emotional drivers, the identity-level tensions, and the opportunities that are already present but not yet named. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of what’s actually blocking momentum, what your next chapter requires, and the strategic priorities that will create the most meaningful shift.

  • Just honesty, context, and a willingness to explore. You don’t need to have everything figured out — that’s the point of the work. If you can share your goals, pressures, hopes, and the parts of the business that feel tangled or unclear, I can map the rest. This is a collaborative process, not a performance.

  • The Review itself is a 90‑minute deep-dive conversation, followed by a period of analysis on my end. You’ll receive your full diagnostic and recommendations within a clear, agreed timeframe that’s spacious enough for depth and efficient enough to keep momentum. The intention is always clarity without overwhelm.

  • You can expect grounded clarity, the kind that shifts both your thinking and your behaviour.

    Most clients walk away with:

    • a clearer sense of direction

    • a more coherent narrative for their brand

    • a deeper understanding of their strengths and patterns

    • a practical, commercially aligned path forward.

It’s not about surface-level fixes. It’s about creating the conditions for your next chapter to take shape with confidence and ease.

  • Everything begins with the Brand & Business Review because it reveals what your business actually needs, not what you think you need.

From there, we can determine whether you require brand clarity, messaging, strategic direction, or a deeper repositioning. The Review ensures you’re not guessing or investing in the wrong solution.

  • You’ll receive a report with clear, structured set of insights and recommendations. Some clients choose to implement these independently and others continue working with me to bring the strategy, messaging, or brand evolution to life. There’s no pressure, just an honest pathway forward, based on what your business truly needs.

  • Branding isn’t one‑size‑fits‑all, so the investment depends on what your business genuinely needs.

Every project begins with the Brand & Business Review ($950 ex GST), which gives us a clear snapshot of where the business is today and prioritises the areas for greatest impact. The review fee is fully redeemable if you choose to move into strategy within seven days of receiving your report.

If strategy is the right next step, projects start from $4,000 ex GST depending on the depth of work and whether you need marketing strategy, brand strategy, or both. We can take the process step by step, so you’re never committing to more than feels manageable.

I’ll tailor a package that reflects the scope of work including timelines with full transparency.

  • Yes. Most clients choose a simple split, with an initial instalment to begin the work and the remainder on delivery. This structure keeps the process fair and balanced for both of us. If you need a different arrangement, we can discuss a payment plan that is reasonable and supports steady progress in a way that feels workable for you.

  • Many of my clients are running their business during the day or balancing a full‑time role alongside it, so I try to keep the process flexible. I offer video calls in the early evenings on weekdays, and in‑person sessions are available on Saturday mornings by request when they genuinely support the work. Email is always an easy way to stay in touch between sessions, so you can move things forward at a pace that fits your week.
